Our client is an independent global content creation company offering one of the largest studio networks in the world comprised of a dedicated team of accomplished creative directors, film makers, photographers, directors, motion graphic designers, engineers and specialists.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who will have a lot of responsibility, autonomy and exposure to client and agency teams at all levels. They demand a very high level of performance, skill and intelligence from their team members. This is especially the case on what are very high profile accounts.

They are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has worked on international clients and brands within advertising agencies. An understanding of multi-media production, post-production and the localisation/adaptation of advertising is desired.
As they work with many international markets, fluency in non-English languages is also preferable for all hired roles. This is an exciting chance to join a fast growing, fun and vibrant team, with great opportunities for career progression.

As relationship owner and account lead, you will be expected to run (with support) the reporting and management of current activity and pipeline revenues, and manage the resourcing requirements across the account. You will work with a wider team of Producers and Project Managers whom you will coordinate to deliver the various projects we are briefed on.


• Overseeing the status of the account(s) placed on, providing regular updates to our clients on the statuses and key milestones for projects
• Working with clients to provide articulate clear briefs and defined ways of working to ensure smooth delivery and communication with our project management teams (who handle all briefs directly with our clients)
• Providing regular updates and reporting to internal stakeholders on the forecasts, profitability, resource requirements and general health of the account(s) being managed
• Supporting the Account Director in leading the account and working directly with the client in coordination with their other agencies or partners
• Supporting these stakeholders in determining the scope & technical requirements for creation or adaptation of the content produced by the lead agencies or by CreativeDrive EMEA (supporting agencies in pre-prod, prod & post to ensure we can localise content effectively).
• Work with internal producers/project managers to develop costs against these scopes and plan programmes of work as required
• Subsequently engaging with supporting producers from the teams to deliver TV, online content, print and digital content.
• Good level of understanding of digital localisation processes, but would not need to produce such work directly as this would be produced / project managed by specialists in this channel.


Sector Experience & Understanding:

• Excellent knowledge of multi-media production (Film, print, digital) post-production and international versioning / adaptation industry.
• Experience working in fast paced international adaptation environments to manage projects and accounts efficiently to completion.
• Experience of working in the broadcast environment and therefore knowledgeable on the advertising standards, regulations and clearance processes a benefit.
• Technically confident with common digital formats.
• A solid understanding of usage rights management; media schedule fulfillment, play-out process etc.
• Knowledge of delivery process & systems: i.e. Adstream, Beam, IMD, Dub-Sat etc
• Awareness of the process to adapt and implement print, photographic assets, press, OOH still image assets, digital display assets.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with specific ability to use Excel to create and refine cost models, analyse data and build clear reports.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to bring others together to communicate quickly, agree actions and fully complete tasks.


• Min 3 years’ experience in the advertising industry with exposure to production and adaptation/localisation across multiple channels (specifically Film, print & digital)
• Good industry references from a range of clients / colleagues / suppliers.
