Key accountability
·Deliver an operational plan which supports sales strategy.
·Drive and deliver Advertising Revenue, profit, budget targets across all platforms.
·Develop and deliver sales, yield, volume and inventory strategy.
·Deliver integrated solutions through team collaboration using suitable 3rd parties, ensuring that sales are achieved in terms of revenue, market share, yield and frequency across all platforms.
·Manage, motivate and develop a multi discipline team ensuring a cohesive customer experience and the delivery of excellent business solutions.
·Maintain and develop agency and client relationships.
·Ensure business solutions are delivered by managing the performance and productivity of the team.
·Manage relationships with internal departments to ensure the best possible customer experience and the maximisation of revenue opportunities.
·To ensure that sections are published to the highest aesthetic standard.
Skills and Experience
·A proven track record in business development sales.
·Proven media experience at a minimum of Group Head level.
·Key account management:
oAgency / client, contract negotiation, research, planning.
·Communication and presentation skills
·Focused on excellent delivery both internally and externally.
·An excellent record in delivering against challenging sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
·Ability to deliver a clear and considered sales strategy and implement it.
·A passion for all media platforms
