Job Description

To provide effective account management to all brand clients and media agencies, in particular building strong relationships with agency buyers and planners, to ensure ongoing business development, in particular the sale of the company products and services.

To organise, attend and lead regular account meetings as required to ensure high levels of brand client and media agency satisfaction

To identify, approach and win new brand clients, media agencies and their clients/business, including making presentations and/or written proposals, including costings, as appropriate

To ensure the sustained development of the brand through continually promoting the website, products and services to potential and existing brand clients and media agencies

To prepare and submit relevant, appropriate, and timely reports as required, including prospect lists, sales forecasts, customer data, market research etc to both review performance as well as plan future activity

Requirements:

Demonstrable knowledge and skills of winning new business and account managing existing customers in an on-line media environment
