Title: Digital Sales Executive
Based: London
Salary: 25k 36k OTE Uncapped

Role
· To effectively sell online recruitment advertising space to the construction marketplace, maximising the company's share of revenue and volume
· To promote your brand and brand extensions, including the company's leading construct publications, to all advertisers on every outgoing call
· To identify and make an agreed number / cumulative length of new business sales calls, by means of cold calling to grow revenue for online advertising opportunities
· To make regular contact with your current clients to encourage and grow repeat business
· To be accountable for all business covered by your given territory
To deliver / exceed monthly budgeted revenues
Essential
· Experience of telephone recruitment sales
· Experience of cold calling to generate new business
· Experience of negotiating and closing deals
· Experience of selling online recruitment advertising
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Proven track record of success in a similar role
· Driving Licence
Desirable
· Well established direct client relationships specific to the construction market
· Well established recruitment consultancy relationships specific to the construction market
· Experience of the construction recruitment market place
· Experience of selling online recruitment advertising / packages alongside paper recruitment advertising
