Business Development Manager ** One of Europe's leading providers of assessments and employee selections solutions** £40,000 basic ** OTE to £60,000 Uncapped ** car allowance ** based in the South East with nationwide travel.

Our client is a market leader in assessment and pre-employment selection solutions with particular expertise in business psychology research. They provide a range of solutions to help their clients identify talent and energise their employees.

As part of an ongoing growth plan for 2008, they are looking to appoint an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in consultative sales to develop and grow an existing client base in the FTSE 500.

The ideal candidate will have:

·A proven track record in consultative face to face sales and account management.
·Experience of selling solutions into the Commercial or Public sector
·Commercial awareness with experience of winning new business
·The ability to work as part of a team
·An interest in business psychology
