Job Description

We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Sales Advisors to join a successful global fuel provider at their Castleford contact centre. Gaining customer loyalty and achieving individual targets, the successful candidates should have a track record in producing consistent results in a sales and customer service focused environment.
The role will involve:
Delivering excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls
Working to targets and key performance indicators as agreed with the line manager
Ensuring calls are handled in accordance within Data Protection Act guidelines
Gathering customer and competitor data and updating database systems as required
Conducting outbound calls to increase productivity regarding existing customers
Handling inbound calls, queries and objections from new and existing customers
Setting up new accounts and handling credit applications
Preparing and issuing price updates to customers
Investigating cancelled orders
Cross selling and up selling to existing customers
Ensuring unconverted sales are followed up in a timely manner
Attending monthly 1:1's and Team Briefings

Essential Experience Required:
Relevant sales experience within a sales role
Proven ability to deliver results in line with targets
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Commercial awareness
Excellent telephone manner

Salary & benefits:
£16,500 + commission
Hours between 7.00am - 7.00pm including occasional Saturdays
