Marketing Manager, Major Franchising Business, Milton Keynes
£30,000 Basic salary, £40,000 with bonuses plus benefits

The role is managing a wide range of marketing initiatives and distribution channels and requires high levels of organisational and planning skills. With responsibility for the full marketing mix you will be a focused and determined Marketing Manager that is highly commercially minded with a broad range of skills. Ultimately your role is to ensure growth targets are achieved, resources are allocated effectively and that return on investment is maximized. Therefore, ideally you will have a degree in marketing (or equivalent), a CIM or empirical experience to this level.

To succeed you will significant commercial marketing experience together with experience of effectively managing a large marketing budget. As you will be responsible for managing third party agencies and suppliers you must have excellent negotiation skills. You will also have excellent research skills and be able to spot opportunities within changing industry trends.

As the role does require speaking at seminars you will be a confident public speaker and an individual that is able to build strong business partnerships with a wide range of people.

You will be results oriented and boast high levels of initiative and self motivation. You will work closely with the franchisees to implement effective strategies on both regional and national levels and also be responsible for PR and communications.

You will be a starter-finisher that diligently goes about their tasks with enthusiasm and an eye for the detail, You will have high levels of initiative and self motivation and be the kind of person that drives others to 'make it happen'.
