Area Sales Manager / Business Development Roofing Products

£30K-£35K Basic Salary, £40K OTE

The Company Our client is a UK based manufacturer of roofing products for commercial, industrial and domestic property applications. Having been established for over 30 years they have built up a firm client base and strong reputation within the sector. They now require an experienced construction sales person in the North of England.

The Role This is an autonomous, full cycle sales position. You will target Architects, EPC Contractors and roofing / cladding sub-contractors with a view to sourcing and winning projects for both new build and refurbishment work.

Experience within the construction industry is essential, ideally this will have been gained within a specification or contractor led sales role. The company is looking to appoint a professional, structured, organised and driven individual.
