Regional Sales Manager FMCG

THE COMPANY: With a history of success spanning over a hundred and fifty years, there are not many better established companies in which to develop your career. Our client sells a range of FMCG products and provides outstanding customer support and a quality range of products. They are currently recruiting due to internal promotion.

THE ROLE: This role is to manage a team of sales people as well as your own accounts in the cash and carry sector. They are looking for someone with experience of motivating and coaching a sales team within the FMCG or retail marketplace. Dynamic and articulate individuals with strong negotiating skills traditionally do very well here. You will receive excellent training.

PACKAGE:

  • Basic Salary - £30-36,000
  • Commission - + 30%
  • Car - Fully Expensed Company Car
  • Benefits - Mobile, Laptop, Pension, Lunch Allowance, 25 days holidays.
