Telesales Manager - Glasgow

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Manager to join a New Business department in our central Glasgow offices. The Telesales Manager role holder will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 10-12 Telephone Marketing Consultants.

Some of the key expectations of this role:

· Develop and train Telesales Consultants
· Show role model behaviours towards consultants
· Experience of setting and monitoring KPI's
· Holding 1-to-1's with Consultants
· Creative approach to achieving Sales and customer service targets

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of performance at first line sales management level, leading prospect/new business teams. You will already have displayed in your current role, the ability to motivate, inspire and lead from the front with exceptional role model behaviour, energy, passion and gravitas. You will understand and be able to demonstrate the importance of good quality coaching and people management and will be highly motivated by success.
