Our client, a pan-European Telecommunications company, is looking to recruit a Client Sales Manager to join their team based in Central London. As a Client Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating deals as well as proactively driving revenue forward. A key part of this role will involve managing third party marketing agencies alongside direct brand and agency relationships. The ideal candidate for this role will have significant media sales experience with a proven ability to drive commercial deals.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Sales Manager include:
- Ensuring the delivery of KPI's through successfully implementing a business plan
- Maintaining monthly and quarterly targets are met accordingly
- Proactively source leads for direct brands
- Developing and generating new business as a way to create new opportunities for the company
- Liaising and working closely with other major internal departments in order to build and grow the business further
- Attending weekly meetings and briefings to report on the progress of the business
- Driving the visibility of the business forward by regularly attending and presenting at conferences
Qualities we're looking for in the Client Sales Manager include:
- A proven track record within media sales (preferably within Digital Media)
- Strong brand contacts would be advantageous
- Excellent client facing skills
- A solid ability to work at all levels,
- Strong financial awareness in regards to budget control
- Analytic and strategic mindset
- A genuine passion for marketing communications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focussed
- A good team player with a strong work ethic
