Are you looking for a rather exceptional Recruitment Consultant role in an established, growing and award winning agency?  Do you want to be part of a consultancy where focus is reputation, a distinctive offering and extremely high basics/commission?

 

Our clients are looking for experienced Consultants from the following backgrounds

 

-          Marketing recruitment

-          Media recruitment

-          High level office support

-          Financial Recruitment

-          HR Recruitment

 

The basic salary is £33K-£35K and this is dependent on experience. With three solid years experience + as a Consultant, in a role where you have generated revenue and built solid client relationships you will be looking at a salary of £33K+

 

Let us expel the recruitment myths, this client is unique!  They dont expect you to be cold calling for hours, and trying to reach high targets. Instead they like you to be more of a Manager, managing your desk like your own business and offering you personal and professional support and training to reach your individual goals.  You will be attending conferences and networking events to make sure you are in touch with other business people who will allow you to excel at your role.

Stunning offices, a professional and sociable team and commission that allows you to realistically earn £80K + - this is an achievable target and a reason why people stay with them long-term.  Due to recent expansion though, new roles have come up which means an exciting opportunity for the right person.

 

So who is that person?  You will be an intelligent and well educated individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  You will enjoy working in a close-knit team but be able to foster and create new relationships using your initiative to develop business.
