French Speaking Graduate Sales Executive.
Our client provides their clients with experienced, professional telesales teams to work on their behalf, delivering world class results and opening the right doors to the right decision makers. They believe in a consultative, professional, intelligent, and articulate approach to phone sales and engage with clients who have the same ethos.
Starting from a team of 2 people, the company has grown year on year and have exciting plans for 2008, which they want you to be part of.
Working as a sales executive, you will spend the majority of your time building your client base. Your typical day will be office based, however, you will grow into more of a client facing role, visiting your customers, identifying new opportunities and presenting to the decision makers.
Your typical clients will be within the FTSE 350 and you will be selling to executives, sales managers and directors. As your client base grows and you get more established within the industry, the opportunity to develop into US and Europe are very realistic.
Your Career Path will take the following path,
0-3 Months --- Junior Inside Sales Executive
3 – 12 Months --- Senior Inside Sales Executive
12 – 24 Months --- Sales Team Leader
24 + Months --- Field Based Sales Manager
Full training and one-on-one mentoring from the company Directors and star will be part of the daily routine and company culture to ensure you are happy and successful in your role.
Our client is looking for graduates who have some work experience within an office environment. Communication skills and a gregarious nature are essential as well as having a passion for hitting targets and success. This role will be heavily targeted - and the rewards are fantastic.
Due to their expansion plans, they are looking for candidates who can speak fluent French, ideally as your mother tongue.
Salary and Benefits
