An international training and coaching consultancy, our client is dedicated to increasing and improving business results by transforming the way people communicate.

With 20 years of experience behind them, they are widely considered as “the experts” and this company provides bespoke solutions for communication issues within business.

Their customers range from government and major international companies to private businesses who are typically communication lead.

Having grown by 60% in revenue in the last 12 months, this forward thinking company is looking for a professional, customer focused sales person.

Centred on building and maintaining new and existing relationships, the role will focus on securing new business opportunities, prospecting new clients from a database within your industry sector.

Working with two other New Business Executives who will support you through your induction period, you will report directly to the Sales Manager. Your clients will be people in Human Resources, Marketing or Learning and Development teams, and so you must have a flexible approach to selling and a personality that is adaptable to any situation, both over the phone and face to face.

You will receive first class sales training and development and the people you will be working with are fun, dynamic and very supportive to their colleagues. You will be welcomed into the business and supported so that you become a sales star!

The company is looking for someone with strong sales potential, who wants to develop their own area of business in a supportive and training focused environment. This opportunity would suit someone with some sales experience within new business or business development, so you can make an impact from day one.

You must be money motivated with a real desire to succeed. You must be driven to achieve results in a tough environment and have the resilience to cope.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level but this is flexible. The company recruits on attitude so it is essential that you can demonstrate this side of your personality.

Location
This role is office based in Barbican, London so you will need to live within a sensible commuting distance. It isn’t essential to drive or have a car but it may be beneficial
