Online & Events Sales Manager - London
Salary: 25k-30k + excellent commission
Based: Westminster
This ground breaking, unique company is the leading political communications specialist, with a massive presence in the UK and EU. The Sales Manager will look after a portfolio of unique and bespoke Events within the current affairs and political sphere. They will take a leading role in the continuous sales and development of the leading exhibition, its commercial partners and the sponsorship of the event.
You will be working closely with the events Director and the sales team, acting as a crutch between the two, and being heavily involved in the ideas process and the direction of growth and development. There will be strong progression in to looking after a team in the near future.
You will be responsible for Managing the growth and development of the portfolio of Events and Exhibitions, Maintaining and growing the revenue streams on the exhibition and sponsorship sides for the events, managing the sales area of key clients and build sales to new clients, Present to senior directors internally and externally, and Develop and manage sponsorship packages and reports.
Must have Solid 2 - 3 years media sales experience, or equivalent, a Consultative sales approach with a creative style, Used to selling face to face, Presenting to senior directors/managers, Creating sponsorship packages, and Experience of managing a team.
