Job Description

  Affiliate Sales Manager / Online Media Sales / Account Manager - £35k OTE £55-65k Uncapped, Increasing Year on Year - London Office - One of Europe's largest and the UK's fastest growing affiliate network - With offices established in 7 major European cities and a parade of flagship direct and agency clients already established 2010 has been earmarked for aggressive UK expansion.

With a strong focus on account management excellence and an Innovative Technology Platform this Affiliate Marketer utilises its decade of sector experience to win business from the market leaders. Fast and agile, this is an opportunity for an experienced affiliate sales person to put their career on an upward trajectory.

As well as being a confident and articulate presenter, you will have spent the last couple of years working with target accounts within clearly defined vertical markets. You will already have a network of key contacts within agencies and direct clients. Your passion for online marketing will be as firm as your grasp on the affiliate model and the value you create for your clients.

If you can answer yes to the above then you can expect a highly competitive base salary supported by a substantial revenue based commission scheme. With targets set low to attract the best, you can expect to overachieve and more than double your base salary in year one.

As one of the first senior recruits to the business, reporting directly to an inspirational sales director you will be in pole position for rapid promotion.

Responsibilities - Affiliate Sales Manager / Online Media Sales / Account Manager

  • Face to face sales role
  • Identify/close new business opportunities
  • Work with and develop relationships with key personnel at target clients/agencies
  • Remain up to date on all areas of the company's strategy, products, services and vision
  • Create and maintain segmented target list
  • Feedback new requirements and retain an in-depth knowledge of customers marketplace, key trends and business drivers
  • Work towards new business targets and update actual vs. Monthly target

Skills and Attributes - Affiliate Sales Manager / Online Media Sales / Account Manager

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Good understanding of affiliate marketing and affiliate business models
  • Online sales experience
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Must have high degree of integrity, strong work ethic and be results-oriented
  • Strong negotiating skills and well developed commercial acumen
  • Strong business skills
