Our client publishes a number of market leading magazines, produces a range of successful consumer and trader exhibitions and numerous conferences, award ceremonies and other events.
An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Team Leader on one of its leading brands within the housing sector.
The role will come with both sales and people responsibilities; the Sales duties will involve selling recruitment advertising, in print and online, with a particular focus on driving digital revenue.
The new candidate will be assigned a dedicated client base that they will have to develop relations with in a bid to boost revenue for the company.
The Recruitment Team Leader responsibilities will include accountability for team activity levels and motivating the sales team. This role will involve both direct and agency sales.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in recruitment advertising, either on or offline, and although having experience in a senior role will be advantageous it is not entirely necessary. This role would also suit a Media Sales professional who is very keen to progress into a more senior role.
Ideally the candidate will be an excellent communicator who has brilliant organisational skills and a desire to succeed within this industry.
