Leading B2B global media group and major player in the UK trade exhibitions market is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for one the UKs largest trade shows, focusing on the home and gift market.

The exhibition, which attracts over 30,000 visitors and 2000+ exhibitors, brings together major international and British suppliers and retailers across a diverse range of product areas.

As Sales Manager you will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for hitting and exceeding sales targets and helping to identify new areas of growth and revenue streams.

You will have numerous responsibilities including:

· To secure and gain the long term participation of key brands, both existing and new
· To achieve a consistent sales performance via face-to-face presentation, telephone, group presentation and written word
· Ensuring accuracy on contracts, updating floor plans and keeping up to date with market/industry trends
· Proposing improvements and ideas to existing show and contributing to objectives of sales plan with sales director

Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and should have a proven track record in B2B exhibition sales. This is the ideal step up and a competitive salary plus commission will be given. In addition there is an excellent benefits package.
