Senior Display Sales Executive Central London
Salary: £26k - £28k depending on experience + excellent commission
Our client is one of the UK's largest publishing and information companies. Based in a fantastic central London location they manage a variety of market leading industry publications both in print and online. They are looking or an experienced display salesperson to join a small sales team working on a leading monthly magazine.
This role includes responsibility to cultivate both new and existing business, reporting in directly to the commercial director. This is a full 360 role involving lead generation, business development, managing existing client accounts and building strong relationships. This is not just a telephone based role and you will be expected to make regular client visits and face to face presentations to prospective customers.
Competencies required for this role include excellent presentation and interpersonal skills especially in a client facing context. Good administration skills and the ability to keep abreast of industry and client developments. Creative thinking, and a problem solving attitude are a great plus in order to better develop solutions for clients. Previous experience in this market is desired, although an excellent training package will be provided to further develop your sales ability.
