Regional Sales Manager Construction consumables

£35K-£42K basic salary, £5K OTE

Specialists in the manufacture of a range of construction consumables and ancillary products with a strong branch network across the UK. There is now an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team in the North.

The role As Sales Manager you will hold full responsibility for all Territory Managers within the region, and will have full culpability for the sales performance and profitability across the patch. The team you will manage sell products through all levels of contractor within the trade with some time spent on specification work. You will be involved in recruitment and training, budget reports, targeting of the sales team, monitoring performances, accompaniment field visits and all other facets that come with running a team.

It will be essential that you have a proven and demonstrable track record of team management. Looking to appoint a hands on style manager who will become heavily involved in all aspects of the team. A structured and methodical approach is hugely important.

The Package:

• £35K-£42K basic salary
