Specification Manager / Business Development / Account Manager Building Envelope products, £35K-£40K Basic Salary, £50K-£55K OTE
The Company Firmly established in the UK and a specialist in the distribution of a broad range of building products. An impressive reputation in the market has lead to a healthy group turnover in excess of £100million generated by a branch network throughout the country. There is now a rare and immediate opportunity for a professional, credible, and experienced construction sales person to join the team in the North of England.
The Role this is a full cycle sales role and as such responsibility starts with the gaining of specification. You will then manage the sales process through the main contractors, sub-contractors and installers. Day to day contact will include architects, project engineer and QS amongst various other levels.
It is essential that you have sales experience within the construction sector having sold to either architect or main contractor. Product training is given however some knowledge of building envelope could be advantageous. This role suits a commercially astute, high level sales person who is experienced in high value project sales.
