Regional Sales Manager World Famous Fashion Label
The Company: Our client is the world biggest wholesaler of branded denim and fashion clothing. The Role: As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of seven sales people covering the North West, Yorkshire, Cumbria, North East and North Wales areas. You will have full responsibility for managing sales margins, developing sales strategies, implementing new promotions within the team, training, motivating and delivering regional reports. Based from home, you will lead from the front and spend time developing your team in the field demonstrating sales techniques and methods.
The Person: The successful candidate will have a background in FMCG or B2B sales management with a proven track record in stabilising and team and increasing profit margins. You will have a dynamic and engaging personality with a passion for objective led selling. It is imperative that you lead from the font, are immaculately presented and feel comfortable when using CRM's and Microsoft excel.
