Trainee Account Manager Recruitment Services

• £21,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary
  £35,000 OTE Company Pension + Opportunities to work abroad

The Opportunity: Working from our Northern HQ in Cheshire, you will manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients in the FMCG, Business to Business Service industries and Food Service markets. You will work from our extensive database of clients identifying a network of customers that can provide BMS with assignments to work on. You will be taught how to put together thorough job specifications, negotiate terms and sell our varying forms of recruitment services. Working in a vibrant and goal orientated environment, BMS strive to give you an exciting career path rewarding your efforts on an on going basis.

The Person: It is imperative that you have a minimum of 12 months' work experience in any commercial environment with some basic sales skills. The ideal candidate will have spark, enthusiasm, determination and ambition. You will be graduate calibre, well presented and have an articulate phone manner.
