Our client is a boutique creative event agency based in Yorkshire specialising in bespoke private and corporate events throughout the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Events Manager looking to join an exciting and dynamic growing events agency. This is an ideal move for an existing event assistant with strong client relationship skills wanting to move into a more hands-on events company.

The role requires someone who is able to think creatively, work proactively and understand all areas of events from venues, structures, design and production through to meeting clients, writing proposals and producing and managing budgets.

Heading up events from conception through to completion, this is a broad and varied role with the following responsibilities:

· Attending client meetings to take initial briefs
· Preparing, producing and pitching proposals to clients
· Managing customer relationships with corporate, private and wedding clients
· Creation and Management of budgets
· Creating project plans and critical timelines for events
· Specifying and managing production requirements
· Supplier management and selection
· On-site management of events

The ideal candidate is currently working in an event management role within an event agency, managing multiple events and dealing with end clients. You will be passionate, hard working, and really dedicated to helping push forward the organisations growth. You must have a flexible way of thinking, a hands-on attitude and excellent teamwork, communication and social skills in order to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients.
