Propositions Marketing Manager - Telecommunications

£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits, dependent on skills & experience

Based London

We are a leading provider of Communications Solutions to corporate clients across Europe, specialising in solution based service across data, voice and managed services. We own and operate one of Europe's most advanced networks with unmatched breadth and city density.

As part of our ongoing strategy to align ourselves more closely to the needs of our customers, we are moving from a product-led to a "needs-based" communications approach. This requires an experienced Propositions Marketing Manager to develop compelling cross-portfolio business focused propositions designed to address key customer pain points. The objective of our proposition programme is to raise awareness of the unique and important attributes of our capabilities and assets, increasing our credibility in the market, and consistently positioning us as the most trusted provider of converged data, voice and managed services to businesses across Europe.

Qualified candidates must have a thorough knowledge of ICT services and technology trends, as well as a good understanding of how technology can help businesses derive competitive advantage, improve efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, mitigate risk and improve customer service. The first step is to clearly define propositions that leverage our capabilities (define, agree, document and present our capability into propositions) and ensure the businesses sales teams have all necessary training, sales tools, collateral and proposition messaging in place and readily available.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in business or technology and be able to demonstrate extensive experience within a Hi-tech B2B marketing environment. You will have an in-depth understanding and appreciation of key technologies and market/competitive trends relating to IP communications, IT services and business application. A second European language would be very beneficial.
