SALARY: £16,000- £19,000 plus 5% performance bonus (pro rata).

LOCATION: Reigate, Surrey. A free company bus is available from West Croydon, Wallington & Redhill. Commutable by car from Croydon, Crawley, East Grinstead, Dorking, Redhill etc.
DURATION: 6 months contract but likely to extend for at least another 6 months. There will be opportunities for permanent placements for exceptional candidates.

Our client is a well respected company that provides IT hardware/software products for the office environment. They provide first class training and excellent benefits as well as a management team that will support and encourage you.
ROLE:
Due to a long term project in their Sales Support division they are currently looking for confident and assertive school leavers / graduates / customer service candidates to support Business Operations. You will be working on completing sales orders, dealing with customer queries, making outbound calls/emails to customers, data entry etc. There are also a couple of opportunities to work in an analytical role dealing with commercial leases.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to either begin a successful career with our client (in sales support or other sectors - marketing, finance etc) or build up some excellent office B2B (business to business) customer service experience.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Recent graduate / school leaver or good experience in a customer service role + good GCSE/A Level results.
b) Confident and assertive with excellent people management skills.
c) Excellent time management and numeracy skills.
d) You will thrive under pressure and work well within a team.
e) Good IT knowledge, you must have strong skills with MS Excel (this will be tested at interview stage).
f) Ideally you will be close to Reigate with easy transport links (via train to Redhill and/or company bus or car).
