Community Manager/Head of Community - High Profile Online Shopping Website - up to £60k + Excellent Package
Your Profile
As the Community Manager/Head of Community within this high-profile Shopping Site, you will have had demonstrable experience of active participation in Online communities, writing in communities like forums and blogs, and managing elements of online community. You'll also be well organised, have a good understanding of social media sites and tools, and hopefully have a passion for Fashion and Online Shopping!
The Role
The role of the Community Manager or Head of Community in this position is to become the face of the client, and represent the community back to the business, and to head up the inception of an area on the site to communicate with and between the vast customer database. You're there to drive new activity to the community and to inform the company stakeholders what is happening in the community and connect them with customers. Also to monitor external community activity, and write the clients' community blog.
