Reporting to the Group Sales Manager you will be managing a team of four executives and primarily be responsible for selling advertising, sponsorship and marketing opportunities, with a particular focus on driving digital sales throughout the group.

Key responsibilities will be to;

•Conduct sales presentations by telephone, letter or face to face (when appropriate) to existing and prospective clients in order to develop existing business and generate new business wherever possible.
•Advise on the most effective size, position & copy of advertisements / advertising schedules whilst informing of all other services such as feature opportunities, On Line Marketing opportunities, artwork, colour, internet, proofing, etc.
•Continually seek new sales & feature opportunities and develop these in liaison with your departmental colleagues & managers. Obtain and use testimonials & utilise marketing information to strengthen your sales argument where required.
•To spend an average of 70% of your time on the phone

You will have three to five years experience in a similar environment with excellent Agency contacts.
