Our client, a prominent broadcast network, is looking to recruit a Senior Executive to join their sport syndication division. The Senior Executive will work as part of the Sales team to sell programming rights and develop strategies, manage assigned sales territories, develop sales leads and implement all aspects of the sales process and client servicing in respect of Program Sales. The position requires a high level of communication with staff, clients and internal liaison with other departments.

Key Responsibilities include:
·Assisting senior management to develop and exceed sales objectives
·Maintaining regular sales reports and sales status reports to ensure relevant regions are working towards their annual goals
·Performing special projects and/or additional tasks as requested

Person Specification
·Extensive experience in a media rights, TV broadcasting and client servicing environment
·A thorough working knowledge of sports business
·Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
·An understanding of television broadcast formats and technologies
·A solid background in client facing interaction
·Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·Ability to learn and work on various computer database systems
·Language skills a distinct advantage

This position requires regular business travel abroad including client visits. On occasion travel may be required to the head office in the US.
