Your Profile
For this role as the Head of Sales for a leading mobile marketing provider you will be required to have a Solid understanding of mobile marketing and advertising markets on a strategic level. It is essential that you can create and deliver sales pitch presentations and evangelise mobile, on a strategic marketing and advertising solutions level. It would be of great benefit of you have existing contacts with Interactive Agencies, Ad-Agencies, Media Planning and Buying Agencies and Digital Agencies. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing a successful sales team, with the ability to motivate staff and lead them through excellence.
The Role
As the head of sales you will be required to Implement and contribute to UK Sales strategy, Set revenue targets and achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets. As head of sales you will need to co-manage a small Business Development team split 50% marketing and 50% advertising (Ad-Sales). A key part of this role will be to manage relationships with clients and agencies, and attend external meetings as well as support for BDM meetings. Each week you will need to lead and attend weekly internal sales meetings. As the head of sales you will need to ensure that you stay at the forefront of developments in the mobile commercial environment. You will be reporting to the UK Country Manager and will work alongside Head of Publishers UK.
