Job Description

Award Winning Digital Agency- Online Business Development Manager- to 25K +
excellent commission + benefits


Your Profile

You will be a business development manager, online sales executive with a
proven background in sales. You will be confident, focused and organised with
a strong determination to succeed. You will also posses excellent face-to-face
and verbal communication skills with good business acumen. Strong analytical
skills and a good understanding of the principles of Marketing including
market segmentation and targeting, feature-benefit-solution and product offer
development, are key. The successful candidate will be well presented with the
ability to work an ambassador for the Company.


The Role:

· To win new business inline with sales targets and strategy.

· To generate new business prospects through various channels including (but
not limited to):

o Online Forums

o Cold Calling (minimum of 25 calls per day)

o Trade Press

o Exhibitions

o Direct Mail

· To pre-qualify leads generated. This will include a pre-agreed list of
criteria and information that will be required in relation to each potential
client.

· Work with the New Business Director who will develop sales strategies inline
with the Company's development strategy

· Aid the New Business Manager and Director when collating information for
RFI's / RFP's.

· Working closely with the BDM/s and NBDD to achieve pre-agreed targets.

· Assist with the creation and the development of presentations, proposals and
new business collateral alongside the Marketing Team.

· Aid the New Business Manager and Director with the administration of the
department i.e. drawing up contracts, proof reading proposals and arranging
meetings for the New Business Manager and Director.

· Monitor and report on market intelligence and competitor activities and
provide relevant reports and information.

· Any other task as reasonably requested by the New Business Manager or
Director.
