18-20k Basic 45k OTE First Year
Established in 2000 my client is a fast growing and dynamic Recruitment Consultancy specialising in sourcing business-to-business sales people for the technology sector. With Offices in Central London, Reading and Manchester the company is always expanding with plans for another two offices in the next two years. Each consultant is specialist in an area of their choice and is trained to run his/her own desk. All are extremely passionate and professional in their approach explaining why the company has maintained and built key client relationships over the last seven years.
The position itself is a diverse role and the level at which you enter will depend on your previous experience within sales. Fresh Graduates will be brought on as a trainee recruiter/resourcer. This role entails sourcing both candidates and leads via job boards, our database, via candidates and clients. Training is on going and will be handled by our internal training a passionate individual committed to getting all new starters up to speed in the shortest time possible. The more experienced candidate may be brought on as a trainee recruiter; in short you will be able to cold call your chosen clients from day one and begin building your own pipeline. Training will still be provided to ensure that you understand the companies approach and ethos in full. The level at which a candidate starts at does not necessarily reflect the amount of time if will take an individual to get up to speed. Consultants are encouraged to meet all clients face to face and attend between 1-4 appointments in a week. With a work life balance coach and two party planners in the team my client certainly adopts the work smart not hard approach to business.
In order to be successful you must be an intelligent and articulate individual educated to a degree standard. Degree's are preferable however they are by no means a pre requisite. Most importantly candidates much be passionate about sales, driven and money hungry in order to succeed. Confidence and personality is key. Sporty, competitive types are desirable.
