Job Description
Recruitment Consultant- Marketing Recruitment, to £27K Basic, Uncapped
Commission, Autonomous environment, Fantastic Benefits, Manchester/Leeds.
Your Profile
As an experienced recruiter you will ideally have developed your skills in the
marketing recruitment sector, but most importantly you must be a professional
recruiter with the right attitude and reasons for wanting to move in to the
specialised and exciting sector of marketing recruitment. You will be quality
driven, professional and motivated, you must be proactive and able to work on
your own initiative without KPI's and micro-management.
The Role
Your role will depend on your recruitment background, if moving in to the
Marketing sector for the first time you will receive extensive training from
experts in Marketing Recruitment before embarking on a 360 degree recruitment
role. You will focus on building strong relationships with candidates and
clients and will enjoy face-to-face meetings in order to gain a comprehensive
understanding of their needs.
