Job Description

Our Client, a top UK media owner, is looking to recruit a Client Services Manager to join their fantastic team. As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for closely liaising with the company's sales team to communicate both revenue and sales effort along with Business Development ideas.

The Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Manager include:

  • Account management of assigned publishers
  • Maintaining relationships with clients through regular contact with them
  • Liaising with the sales team to ensure they have the relevant information to sell the site
  • Proactively develop ideas for the company's websites
  • Rate Management through monitoring product and page yields
  • Monitoring targets, forecasts and revenue on a weekly basis
  • Producing quarterly reports in regards to site analysis and market overview
  • Campaign management through supporting Adops in their delivery of campaigns

The Key qualities we are looking for in the Client Services Manager include:

  • Previous experience working within a similar role and market
  • Extensive knowledge of the advertising medium
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A logical, clear thinking individual with strong organisational and administrative skills
  • A strong team player
